I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Montecatini Terme. The location was central and convenient, making it easy for me to explore the town and visit nearby attractions. The staff were friendly and always ready to have a chat about events or football. The room was clean and comfortable, with a renovated bathroom and even a balcony to enjoy the view. The breakfast was copious and varied, offering a great start to the day.

No improvements needed, everything was perfect.

the location was perfect, right in the center and close to the train station. Secondly, the staff were extremely friendly and willing to help with anything, whether it was providing information about local events or just having a chat. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, with modern bathrooms and even a balcony. The breakfast provided was delicious and had a good variety of options. All in all, this hotel offered great value for money and exceeded my expectations.

The hotel is conveniently located in the center of Montecatini Terme, just a short distance from the train station. This makes it easy to explore the beautiful city of Florence and its surroundings. The rooms are well-maintained and offer a renovated bathroom, as well as a balcony in some. The staff provided excellent service, with friendly and helpful individuals, ensuring a comfortable stay. Additionally, the breakfast served at the hotel was delicious and offered a great start to the day.

All aspects of the hotel were satisfactory.

Location between Piza and Florence. Not far away from the town center, and not far away from hot spring which was working out of season. SPA is ok.

We loved staying here as it was in a central location and we could easily access transportation to nearby cities. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. We were able to park our car conveniently and the staff was helpful. Location in this city was perfect and we can easily reach everything that we asked or requested.

This hotel's location in the heart of town is perfect, with plenty of bars, restaurants, and shops near the train station. Guests can get insider tips on things to do from the friendly staff, who are always willing to chat. the rooms have comfortable beds, and some feature balconies with lovely views. the spa is a great way to unwind, and the breakfast spread is tasty and varied.

The hotel's Wi-Fi is not the fastest and can be slow at times.

My Easter getaway was wonderful! the hotel convinced me with its amazing view from the rooms and the breakfast is something I still dream of. the hotel is in an ideal location to explore the town as well as a quiet escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. I loved the fact that the hotel offers a spa and beauty center as well, which adds to the relaxing atmosphere.

The limited selection of restaurants in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. the hotel restaurant was overpriced but there are many delicious options only a short walk away.

We had a wonderful romantic escape at this hotel. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, and the breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. We loved the location, which was close to great restaurants and within walking distance of all the attractions.

The hotel was a bit noisy, with some street noise and other guests being loud in the hallways. The Wi-Fi was also a bit spotty at times, which was frustrating when we were trying to plan our day trips.
